After 3 tense days Maria has finally her 021 number back.
Some background information.
On Tuesday 3 June 2degrees made a terrible mistake and ported Maria’s phone number to a complete stranger.
This was done without our consent and in violation of NZ Telecommunications Forum’s “Scam Prevention Code”.
Now, 3 days later the issue has still not been resolved. We have received several false promises about when the issue will be fixed, both by the Queensgate 2degrees shop and by 2degrees help desk.
